Mrs. Merritt Tate will split her time between Westwood and Turnbow Elementary We are thankful to have Mrs. Tate as our School Psychology Specialist. She hit the ground running and is already part of our SPED Team!

What a WONDERful 1st day at Westwood!
We are ready! Please be patient with the car line this week- it will start slow but get faster- it helps if kids are ready to get themselves in and out of the car with parents staying in. We will be there to help. See you soon!

Just a reminder- our Pack Meet 'n Greet is this afternoon from 4:30-6:00. Students can meet their teachers, and families can take care of the school supply fee ($20), pick up car tags (every family will need one even if your student is normally a walker), complete the free/reduced lunch application, and leave with a "cool " treat! You can also purchase Chromebook insurance ($20) which is optional but highly encouraged, and we have new school shirts available for $9.99. Not a new face in the building but a new member of the 5th grade team. Ms. Baumgartner has quickly become a very important member of our 5th grade Team. We are excited Ms. Baumgartner decided to make Westwood her "new" home!
