Yesterday we celebrated students who had two big accomplishments. One group celebrated perfect attendance and the other group celebrated exiting the ESL program! We are so proud of our Wolves! Ayer celebramos a los estudiantes que tuvieron dos grandes logros. ¡Un grupo celebró la asistencia perfecta y el otro grupo celebró su salida del programa ESL! ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros Wolves!

We have very talented students who participate in the EAST program. We are amazed at how they partner art with technology! Way to go Wolves! Tenemos estudiantes muy talentosos que participan en el programa EAST. ¡Nos sorprende cómo asocian el arte con la tecnología! ¡Así se hace Wolves!

We are having the Great Kindness Challenge this week. Here is where each grade level stands. Please ask your student(s) if they have earned a chain link yet and have them tell you why they earned it. Let’s continue being kind to each other! Estamos teniendo el Gran Desafío de la Bondad esta semana. Aquí es donde se encuentra cada nivel de grado. We love, love, love our Community Partners! Sam’s Club surprised our school with a couple of cookie cakes! It made for a very fun and filling afternoon! ¡Amamos, amamos, amamos a nuestros socios comunitarios! ¡Sam’s Club sorprendió a nuestra escuela con un par de pasteles de galletas! Fue una tarde muy divertida y llena!💕

Westwood parents- we are sending devices home with everyone today with the slight chance of wintry weather. If there is a school cancellation due to weather, we will send out a phone call, post it on Facebook, send out a text, etc. You can also find that info. on the news stations and the district's website/Facebook. If you do not hear anything from us, we will have school tomorrow. Thanks!

We all felt very appreciated today when we received cookies from our Central Office Administrators and Sonic drinks to go with the yummy cookies! ¡Todos nos sentimos muy apreciados hoy cuando recibimos galletas de nuestros administradores de la oficina central y bebidas de Sonic para acompañar las deliciosas galletas! 💕

Parents- we will be sending devices home tomorrow in case we have winter weather over the weekend. We are out Monday for MLK day, so hopefully everything will be fine weather-wise by Tue. We are NOT planning on shutting down due to COVID. If you never signed a technology form, check backpacks. Or, come by school tomorrow to sign. Thanks!
